I recently started working full time with my dad. I have worked with him many times in the past when we had a different business, but I’ve never worked for weeks solid, day after day. So this is a new experience for me, the 5:30 in the morning stuff, 8 hour days, welcome to the real world (or should I say working world).

We’ve been working on a job for about 2 weeks and still have 3-4 to go before we finish. The job is a 3 story 2,200 sq. foot addition and we are doing the 3 coats of paint and the caulking. The general contractor may be helping us with some of the work but it will mainly be dad and myself. After we finish this job I’ll have to buckle back down for school and do some major catch-up.

All that to say…. ….my blog may suffer from my busy schedule. Since I’ll be doing school work on Sat. and some on my way home from work, I don’t know how much blogging I’ll be doing. Well that’s about it. So long.
